• If you would like to return or have a replacement, you must contact us
  within 5  days of the delivery date.
  

• All returned items must be in the original condition w/ packaging,
  literature, warranty, and registration intact. Please enclose a copy of
  the original invoice stating the reason for return.
  

• Email or call us to obtain your return authorization number. Include
  your RA# on the shipping label only. Packages without an RA# will be
  refused. Do not write on the box or deface the product packaging.
  

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Shipping and handling
  fees will not be refunded. For your protection, you may wish to insure
  the package when you mail or ship it back to us. Moore's Reminders  
  is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any returned
  merchandise.
